Founder & CEO
I’m Nico Guaderrama — a media relations specialist, journalist, and booking producer with over a decade of experience in broadcast journalism and strategic guest engagement. From breaking national news stories to high-impact local segments, I’ve spent my career connecting audiences with the voices that matter most.
My journey began in the U.S. Army, where I served as a sergeant and tank driver, developing the discipline and resilience that continue to shape my work today. Since then, I’ve built a dynamic media career across major newsrooms including Fox News Media and local TV stations across the country. Whether coordinating live coverage from the field or booking high-profile politicians and cultural figures for prime-time segments, I bring precision, speed, and a deep sense of editorial responsibility to every project.
My core strengths include story pitching, field producing, pre-interviewing, and cultivating relationships that bring depth and balance to the news cycle. I thrive under pressure, particularly when responding to fast-developing stories like natural disasters, political milestones, or public crises.

From breaking national headlines to leading investigative coverage in local communities, I’ve built my career on the belief that journalism is a public service rooted in truth, empathy, and accountability.
My journey has taken me from newsrooms in Texas, Ohio, and Florida to anchoring statewide broadcasts in Upstate New York — and now to the national stage as weekend evening anchor and managing editor at Spectrum News. Whether I’m guiding viewers through a developing crisis or overseeing editorial decisions behind the scenes, I approach every broadcast with clarity, compassion, and an unwavering commitment to accuracy.
My core strengths include anchoring live, fast-moving coverage; managing editorial teams; leading investigations; and connecting with viewers through grounded, human-centered storytelling. I’ve also served as a political reporter and investigative unit chief, driven by a deep respect for the truth and the communities we serve.
